(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A violation of § 30.01 is a misdemeanor offense of the first degree.
(C) Any person who shall operate an ambulance or other emergency vehicle except as expressly permitted by § 30.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not exceeding $500.
