§ 53.11 GREASE TRAPS.
   All restaurants or building with food service operations shall have installed a separate discharge line and grease trap from all sinks, disposals and food service cleaning equipment. Grease traps shall be cleaned regularly. Food products and used grease shall be disposed of by separate means and shall not be discharged into the wastewater system.
