(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who connects or causes to be connected any premises owned by him or her to the wastewater system or who violates §§ 53.01 through 53.17 shall be deemed guilty of a first degree misdemeanor, and each and every day such connection or violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
