§ 52.62 APPLICATIONS.
   Application for water service shall be filed with the Village Administrator upon a form to be supplied by the municipality. The application shall state the name of the applicant and the premises to be served. All applications shall be accompanied by the connection charge plus a fee to be determined by the Village Administrator, based on estimated installation costs, payable to the Water and Wastewater Department of the village as a deposit for the connection charges. Upon completion of the service connection, the full connection charge will be certified to the applicant in accordance with the charges specified in § 52.60(C). Full payment of the connection charge must be received before service to the lot, parcel or premises is commenced.
