§ 155.100 PURPOSE.

   (A)   The purposes of this subchapter is to provide for certain uses of land by Kenyon College that are characterized by large land amounts, such as for athletic fields and other spacious facilities; to safeguard the views to and from the valleys which surround the village; and to minimize the capital loss and risk to life and property which may be experienced in areas subject to occasional flooding or erosion.

   (B)   All uses in this district are also governed by the requirements set forth within §§ 155.015 through 155.024 and 155.035 through 155.048 of this chapter.
