§ 155.048 ALLOWABLE PROJECTION OF BUSINESS STRUCTURES OVER SIDEWALKS.
   Awnings, canopies and similar devices are permitted to overhang the sidewalk in the Mixed Use District only, providing that all structures are a minimum of six feet eight inches above the sidewalk at any point.
