§ 155.060 PURPOSE.

   (A)   The Residential District is intended to preserve the character of existing residential neighborhoods and developments under construction at the time of adoption of this chapter. The village’s residential neighborhoods have been stable areas for dwelling and property ownership. In part, their character is defined by the pedestrian nature of the entire village. These regulations shall permit future development consistent with that existing character.

   (B)   All uses in this district are also governed by the requirements set forth within §§ 155.015 through 155.024 and 155.035 through 155.048 of this chapter.
