§ 153.065 USE REGULATIONS.

   The following use and development standards in §§ 153.065 through 153.073 apply to development wholly within, partially within or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in §§ 153.006 or 153.050(A):

   (A)   Permitted uses. All uses not otherwise prohibited in this chapter or any other applicable land use regulation adopted by village are allowed provided they meet the provisions of these regulations; and

   (B)   Prohibited uses.

      (1)   Private water supply systems in all special flood hazard areas identified by FEMA, permitted under R.C. § 3701; and

      (2)   Infectious waste treatment facilities in all special flood hazard areas, permitted under R.C. § 3734.
