§ 130.26 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION.

It is prohibited for any person to possess or consume alcoholic beverages on any properties real or other, owned, leased, or under the control of the town. The Town Council, by resolution, may grant exception on a case by case basis for special occasions.
