§ 130.24 GAMBLING; GAMES OF CHANCE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to play or engage in playing at any games of cards, dominoes, checkers, chess, hazzard dice, or any other games played with cards or dice, or other gaming apparatus in any saloon, pool room, billiard room, store, shop, room, or building or place where intoxicating liquors are kept for sale or sold as a beverage within said town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person having the care, custody, control, or management of any saloon room or building, or other place where intoxicating liquors are sold as a beverage in said town to suffer, allow, or permit any game of cards, dice, chuck-a-luck, hazzard faro, or other games that can or may be played with cards or dice or other gaming apparatus to be played in or about such saloon, room, building, or place.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person having the care, custody, control, or management of any pool room, billiard room, store, shop, or other room, building, or place to suffer, allow, or permit any game of cards, dice, chuck-a-luck, hazzard faro, or other games that can or may be played with cards or dice, or other gaming apparatus to be played in or about such pool room, billiard room, store, shop, or other room building or place.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person within said town to be resorting to any trick or device to procure money or thing of value, or to induce any other persons to engage in any game of chance or hazzard by which money or other thing of value may be lost or won, such as the Mexican puzzle, patent sale, straps, thimble and bells, pocket-book dropping, three-card monte, or other plan, trick, or device of like character or import.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of gambling, to visit any place, room, or establishment within said town, where playing, wagering, or betting at or upon any game of chance where money or its equivalent or representation is being done.
