§ 130.20 LANGUAGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, by any loud or boisterous language, or any profane or obscene language, or by any violent action or threats, or quarreling within said limits of said town, to disturb the peace and quiet of said town, or to molest or disturb any inhabitant thereof.
