§ 130.06 BASKETBALL GOALS.
   It shall be unlawful for basketball goals to be used on the streets of the town or stored near the streets of the town. All basketball goals which are stored within ten feet of the public streets and byways of the town shall be confiscated or otherwise removed by the Town Marshal or a town employee at the direction of the Town Marshal, and then duly secured at a location determined of the Town Marshal and the Town Manager until such time that they are retrieved by the proper owners. All basketball goals confiscated or removed pursuant to this section shall be redeemable by the proper owners upon a payment to the town in the sum of $35, and the proper owner shall be responsible for transporting the basketball goal from the place of storage to the owner’s place of residence.
