(A) It is unlawful for any person or vehicle to be upon the town parks’ property during the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., local prevailing time, in the town.
(B) Exception will be made to allow maintenance by authorized individuals, organized sports activities as recognized by the Town Council, and for special events with prior approval.
(C) The Town Council will cause signs to be erected at all entrances notifying the general public of this section and its penalties in both the English and Spanish languages.
(D) The Town Marshal, his or her deputies, or any law enforcement officer will cause all persons and/or vehicles not included in the exceptions to be removed during the hours stated. If a vehicle should be unoccupied and the driver having not been found, the vehicle will be ordered removed and the owner shall bear all costs associated with its removal.
