The building inspector may revoke any permit granted under the terms of this chapter when it shall become known to him that the permittee is in any manner whatsoever failing to comply with the terms thereof. In the event of such revocation, any person to whom such permit was granted shall thereafter be unlawfully operating without a permit and in violation of this chapter. (Ord. C66-143, 7-13-1976)
