9-3-5: PENALTY:
Any person failing to comply with a notice of violation served in accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2018-2, 3-13-2018)
