9-3-1: ADOPTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE:
There is hereby adopted by the City Council that certain Property Code with penalties therein prescribed, known as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 edition. As of the effective date of this chapter, the provisions of said code shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the City. (Ord. 2017-4, 3-16-2017)
