9-1-8: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code rather than as provided in the building codes adopted by this chapter. (Ord. C61-52, 10-4-1966; amd. Ord. 2008-4, 7-8-2008)
