9-1-3: ADOPTION:

There is hereby adopted by reference the New Mexico Administrative Codes Title 14 Housing and Construction, Chapters 5-10, 12 as adopted by the State of New Mexico Construction Industries Division and made effective July 14, 2023, as the official building code of the City of Gallup and the Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities ICC A117.1 - 2017 American National Standard as the official accessibility code of the City of Gallup. The two (2) publications are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and the provisions thereof shall be controlling in the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and other structures within the city.
