9-1-2: AUTHORITY; PURPOSE:
The regulations of this chapter are hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and structures within the city. (Ord. C2004-19, 12-14-2004)
