8-3-3: FEES AND CHARGES:
   A.   Permit: Upon approval of said application by the city manager or his representative, a permit shall be issued by the city clerk upon the payment of a fee of three dollars ($3.00) for each connection to the public sewer. (Ord. C61-14, 9-11-1962)
   B.   Connection: Any person obtaining a permit for connection to the city sewer system shall pay to the city clerk a sum of money sufficient to pay the cost of connection. Such sum shall be determined by the plumbing inspector and shall be based on actual costs of construction and trench digging to a point three feet (3') within the property line. All work shall be accomplished under the direction of the plumbing inspector and all costs of such connection shall be paid by the permit holder. If the deposit made is not sufficient to cover actual costs, the permit holder shall pay the difference between his deposit and the actual cost. If the deposit made by the permit holder is more than the actual cost, the balance of such amount shall be returned to the permit holder.
   C.   Maintenance: Use of the city sewer system shall be on a rental basis with a regular monthly sewer maintenance charge assessed against each user of the sewer system. (Ord. C61-25, 4-21-1964)
