8-1-1: MANAGEMENT:
The city water system, as well as the electrical system, shall be under the control of the city council and all employees of the city water system and the electrical system shall be designated by the city manager and shall perform such duties and services as may be directed by him. (Ord. C61-25, 4-21-1964)
