5-3-30: DOGS OR LIVESTOCK ON UNENCLOSED PROPERTIES:
It is unlawful for a person to harbor, tether, stake out, or herd a dog or livestock on an unenclosed premises in such a manner that may allow the animal to go beyond the property line. (Ord. 2012-10, 11-13-2012)
