5-1-30: RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY:
It is unlawful to buy, procure, receive or conceal anything of value of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or less knowing the same to have been stolen, converted, embezzled or acquired by fraud. (Ord. C66-194, 3-9-1982)
