5-1-11: DESTROYING, DAMAGING OR DEFACING PROPERTY:
It is unlawful for any person to wilfully, maliciously or wantonly destroy, damage, remove, tamper with or deface real property or improvements thereto or personal property, either public or private. (Ord. C66-194, 3-9-1982)
