4-9-9: ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Enforcement of this chapter shall be by citation from the fire department, police department and code enforcement officers.
   B.   A person may register a complaint regarding an alleged violation pursuant to this chapter to initiate enforcement with the fire or police department.
   C.   The designated enforcement agencies may inspect an establishment for compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 2007-09, 8-14-2007)
