4-9-7: RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYERS:
   A.   Employers shall provide that their places of employment meet the requirements of this chapter.
   B.   An employer shall adopt, implement, post and maintain a written smoking policy pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 2007-09, 8-14-2007)
