This chapter, enacted pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Comp., section 3-17-1 et seq., is called and may be cited as the CITY OF GALLUP URBAN STRUCTURE NUISANCE ORDINANCE. (Ord. C2003-13, 11-12-2003)
