3-15-4: ENFORCEMENT:
Enforcement of this chapter shall be by the city police department and city fire department.
   A.   Notice of these regulations shall be given to all applicants for a business license.
   B.   Enforcement of the signage required in business establishment under this chapter shall be implemented by the fire chief or his designee. (Ord. C2005-8, 9-13-2005)
