This chapter, enacted pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Annotated section 3-17-1, 1978 comp., is called and may be cited as the SALE AND DISPLAY OF AEROSOL SPRAY PAINT ORDINANCE for the city of Gallup, New Mexico. (Ord. C2005-8, 9-13-2005)
