3-1-7: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1961 Code § 5-15-7; amd. Ord. C61-52, 10-4-1966; 2006 Code)
