2-1-1: ESTABLISHMENT:

The Gallup city council, possessing all the powers granted to municipal home rule corporations under the statutes of the state of New Mexico, and its charter, hereby establishes a board to be known as the "sustainable Gallup board" (SGB). (Ord. 2016-12, 11-9-2016)
