8-7-21: CONFLICTS:

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Chapter and the New Mexico Wireless Consumer Advanced Infrastructure Investment Act or Federal law, FCC Order 18-133, or any subsequent FCC Order; the New Mexico law and/or Federal law, or FCC Order shall control, as applicable. Any ordinance or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. (Ord. C2021-5, 8-24-2021)
