Prior to preparation of a preliminary plan, an Owner/Developer is encouraged to meet with the Code Inspector and/or the Planning Commission to familiarize himself/herself with the provisions of this Code, the zoning ordinance and other applicable regulations. The submittal of a concept or sketch plan for the proposed development, incorporating existing aerial photographs and topographic information, and plans for adjacent areas, is strongly recommended.
