Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) per violation, or imprisoned for a term not exceeding sixty days, or both, in addition to the costs of prosecution and any required restitution for damages incurred by the City.
