911.05 STUMP REMOVAL.

All stumps of street and park trees shall be removed twelve inches below the surface of the ground to facilitate landscaping. Removal shall be done by the owners, at their own expense, within six months. Stump chips shall be removed and replaced with top soil, to the level of the grade.
