781.081 FEE WHEN NO ALARM PERMIT.
   In the event the Police Department or Fire Department respond to a private alarm for which there is no current alarm permit under 781.04, either because no alarm permit has been obtained or because an alarm permit has expired due to the failure of the owner or occupant to renew same, the owner or occupant of the premises shall obtain an alarm permit from the Office of the Mayor within five business days from the date of such response by the Police Department or Fire Department. The owner or occupant shall be charged a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00), which includes the cost of Police or Fire Department response and the cost of an alarm permit. (Ord. 2000-15.
