541.14 TREE TRIMMING BY UTILITY COMPANIES.

(a) No public utility company shall trim or otherwise injure trees located upon City property without the consent of the Mayor, subject to appeal to Council.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
