(A) The Commission shall have the powers outlined in § 152.071.
(B) The Commission shall hold a public hearing on any proposed business use and a sign shall be posted on the property not less than ten days before the public hearing notifying the general public of the time and place of the hearing and reason for the hearing. A newspaper legal notice of the hearing shall not be required.
(C) The Commission recommendation shall be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission for its evaluation at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
