(A) No person, partnership or corporation shall be issued a building permit until that person, partnership or corporation is a general contractor registered under the terms of § 150.002 of this municipal code.
(B) The general contractor registration provisions shall not apply to the owner of the subject property, provided that the owner, or employees of the owner, perform(s) the work and obtain(s) any required building permit.
