(A) No person shall engage in business as a used goods dealer without a license.
(B) A license shall be issued by the City Clerk upon proper application being made therefor, the filing with him or her of a bond in the amount of $1,000 approved by the City Manager, conditioned on the applicant’s conforming to the requirements of this subchapter and the state of law relating to the business, and the payment of the applicable annual license fee, as follows:
(1) Pawnbroker | $125 |

(3) Junk dealer | $125 |
