§ 93.21 FEES FOR EXTRICATION SERVICES AND FIRE SUPPRESSION.
   (A)   The city may set and collect a fee for services rendered by the City Fire Department for extrication, rescue or fire suppression. The fee shall not exceed the reasonable cost of the service rendered.
   (B)   The fee shall not be imposed against persons who are residents of the city or persons who pay real estate taxes to the city.
   (C)   The charge for the services shall be computed at a rate not to exceed $240 per hour, per vehicle, and not to exceed $35 per hour, per firefighter called to assist or stand by. An additional charge may be levied to reimburse the city for expenses of materials or equipment used in rendering those services.
