(A) The Pyrotechnic and Consumer Display Permitting Rules as promulgated by the Office of the State Fire Marshal, and found in Title 41, Chapter 1, Part 235 of the Illinois Register, as now in effect or as hereinafter amended, are hereby adopted by the city. These rules are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
(B) The Pyrotechnic Use Act (ILCS Ch. 425, Act 35, §§ 1 et seq.) as now in effect or as hereinafter amended, is hereby adopted by the city. These rules are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
