(A) Except for provided in § 92.40 (A)(2) above, there will be no sales of lots by the city officials in Blocks 1 and 2 in Section B, East Linwood Cemetery. These lots are to be retained by the city for the purpose of planting ornamental shrubs and other decorations, to the end that the entrance to the cemetery will not be crowded, but will be wide and commodious, and beautifully planted and attractive to those who must use the cemetery for burials hereafter.
(B) The following lots which are covered in whole or in part by a roadway are hereby withdrawn from sale: Block 8, Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 25, 26, 35, 36, 45, 46, 55 and 56; Block 9, Lots 3, 20, 25, 42, 46, 47, 48, 49, 61, 62 and 63; all in Section C of East Linwood Cemetery.
