§ 92.40 PRICE FOR LOTS IN LINWOOD AND EAST LINWOOD CEMETERIES.
   (A)   Division of sections; prices for lots. Lots 20 by 20 feet shall be sold to contain 12 adult graves and may be divided into six or four grave space lots. Lots ten by 20 feet shall be sold to contain six adult grave spaces and may be divided into four, three or two adult grave space lots; provided, however, that in situations where ten grave spaces have previously been sold from a 20 by 20-foot lot, or five grave spaces have previously been sold from a ten by 20-foot lot, then, and in that event, the remaining two grave spaces may be sold as a unit from the 20 by 20-foot lot, and the remaining single grave space may be sold from the ten by 20-foot lot.
      (1)   Section A. Lots 20 by 20 feet are $700 per grave space.
      (2)   Section B. Lots 49 through 53 and Lots 61 through 75 in Block 1 of Section B, and Lots 3 through 24 in Block 2 of Section B shall be available for purchase at a price of $800 per lot. Only at-grade bronze markers may be placed on these lots.
      (3)   Section C. 
         (a)   Lots ten by 20 feet are $700 per grave space, except Block 10 which shall be sold at the rate of $650 as single grave spaces.
         (b)   The following lots shall be reserved for landscape purposes: Block 1, Lots 107 through 117; Block 2, Lots 78 through 84; Block 3, Lots 67 through 72; Block 4, Lots 50 through 60; Block 5, Lots 67 through 72; Block 6, Lots 67 through 72; Block 7, Lots 102 through 110; Block 8, Lots 57 through 60; Block 9, Lots 74, 75 and 88.
      (4)   Section E. Reserved for future sale, except Blocks 1, 2 and 3, which are reserved for United States veterans.
      (5)   Section F. Lots ten by 20 feet are $700 per grave space.
      (6)   Section G. All space has been used for war veterans of the U.S.A.
      (7)   Section H. Lots ten by 20 feet are $700 per grave space, except Block 1, which is reserved for future sale.
      (8)   Section I. All space has been sold.
      (9)   Section J. Reserved for location of an office and shop to be used for cemetery purposes.
      (10)   Section K. Reserved for landscape purposes.
   (B)   Exception. When the price of grave space will be paid by the State Department of Public Aid, the burial location shall be determined by and limited to an area where the grave space price at the date of selection does not exceed the amount currently allowable by statute.
