§ 91.074 SPACING OF ADJACENT AIRPORTS.
   (A)   No airport of the type as defined by this subchapter shall be established within the limits of the airport-referenced imaginary surfaces described under § 91.070, which lie but do not extend by more than two miles beyond the boundaries of the Galesburg Municipal Airport, unless a permit therefor shall have been applied for and granted by the Municipal Airport Zoning Administration of the city.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, the minimum distance between the Galesburg Municipal Airport and any other airport hereafter established, measured from airport reference point to airport reference point, shall be established by airspace clearance.
