(A) No other property other than aircraft or equipment reasonably necessary to the use therewith shall be stored in any hangar or other building on the airport premises except as permitted in § 91.014(C)(8).
(B) Tenants of the airport property may lubricate, wash, make oil changes and other minor maintenance as is permitted to be done by the owner of an aircraft under the federal air regulations in the premises so occupied.
