(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to a fine within the range set forth in § 10.99 of this Code; provided the minimum fine to be imposed upon being found guilty of a second violation of such a provision within a one-year period shall be $300. All subsequent offenses within that one-year period shall be subject to a minimum fine of $750.
(B) Any person violating, disobeying, neglecting or refusing to comply with, or resisting enforcement of §§ 90.045, 90.046 or 90.047, 90.086(B) or (C) or 90.034(C) shall be fined not less than $200 for each offense; provided that the minimum fine to be imposed upon being found guilty of a second violation of any of said sections within a one-year period shall be $600. All subsequent offenses within that one-year period shall be subject to a minimum fine of $1,000.
