§ 74.05 BLIND, HEARING IMPAIRED OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to any blind, hearing impaired or physically handicapped pedestrian carrying a clearly visible white cane or accompanied by a support or guide dog.
