(A) Unless specifically provided otherwise elsewhere in this chapter, the operator or owner of an unlawfully parked vehicle shall pay, within ten days of the date of the violation, at the place as directed on any parking ticket or citation, the sum of money as provided in § 72.99(A).
(B) In the event payment is made after ten days, but within 30 days of the date of the violation, the owner or operator of the illegally parked vehicle shall pay the sum of money as provided in § 72.99(B).
(C) The failure of the owner or operator to make payment within the 30-day period shall make the owner or operator liable for the general penalty for violation of the provisions of this chapter.
