§ 72.32 LOADING ZONES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park the vehicle in any place established and marked as a loading zone, other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers; provided, however, that the operator of any vehicle engaged in the actual loading or unloading of material or merchandise in a loading zone may occupy the loading zone for a period not to exceed 30 minutes while engaged in the actual delivery or pickup of merchandise or materials.
   (B)   The portions of streets referred to as morning loading zones shall be designated by special ordinance, and when signs are properly erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park the vehicle in the zone, except as above provided, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on any day excepting Saturday and Sunday.    (C)   The portions of streets referred to as loading zones shall be designated by special ordinance to be used during the period from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on each day of the week except Sunday in the manner and for the purposes hereinabove set forth. Dimensions are from the nearest right-of-way lines unless otherwise stated. See the schedules of Chapter 78.
   (D)   The portions of streets given in the schedules of Chapter 78 are hereby designated as loading zones to be used at all times in the manner and for the purposes hereinbefore set forth. The dimensions are from the nearest right-of-way line unless otherwise stated.
